4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All designs, concepts, and plans developed by Archcules remain our property and cannot be reproduced, modified, or distributed without written permission.
4.2 Unauthorized use of our designs for any purpose may result in legal action.

5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 Clients must provide accurate information, approvals, and timely feedback to avoid project delays.
5.2 Any required permits, regulatory approvals, or clearances must be obtained by the client unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability & Limitations
6.1 Archcules shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.
6.2 While we strive for accuracy, unforeseen circumstances such as material shortages, legal changes, or external factors may impact project timelines.

7. Termination & Cancellation
7.1 Either party may terminate the contract with prior notice if obligations are not met.
7.2 Fees for completed work up to the cancellation date are non-refundable.
